Linda Moulton

Lahey International Health

Linda is CEO of Lahey International Health, a division of Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. In this capacity, she is assisting Lahey to develop markets to provide outstanding medical care to patients residing outside of the United States.

Following the successful sale of the company to a strategic buyer, in April 2014, Linda stepped down as CEO of TRU Technologies, Inc., a Massachusetts-based privately-held technology company that produces custom RF and microwave interconnect products. In 2010, the Boston Business Journal recognized TRU Corporation as one of the top 100 privately held companies in Massachusetts and in 2010 and 2012 as one of the top 100 woman-led companies in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining TRU, Linda owned a strategic advisory firm, Goddard Advisory, which assisted small and middle market businesses with complex transactions including commercial real estate structuring and debt procurement, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and debt and equity structuring.

In the 1990’s Linda served as the senior Financial Officer of SLI, Inc., a publicly traded $900 million manufacturing company, during its period of transition following a major acquisition and the opening of overseas markets for its products. Leading up to these roles, Linda held senior management positions in international and domestic banking for a number of years in New York and Boston.
Linda is on the Executive Committee of the Advanced Manufacturing Collaborative, which was statutorily established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in September 2012 under the Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development to develop and implement an advanced manufacturing agenda in the Commonwealth.

Linda served as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Lahey Health and also chaired the Investment Committee. She served as well on the Executive, Finance, Strategy and Audit/Compliance committees.

Linda is on the Salem State University Career Services Advisory Board. She also sits on the Advisory Board of the Asian-American Civic Association (AACA), is a member of the Board of Corporators of Beverly Bank, and serves on the International Business Board of Associated Industries of MA. Linda is a member of The Boston Club, and The Alliance for Business Leadership.

Linda has twin daughters who recently graduated from Brown University in Providence, RI
